- Items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging.
- Refunds exclude shipping charges unless the item was incorrectly shipped.
- Drop-shipped items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- We recommend insuring returns; we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship per the manufacturer's warranties. This does not cover unintended use or abuse.
- Bat Warranties: Aluminum/composite bats typically carry a one-year manufacturer warranty. We offer a 30-day refund for unused, new bats only. Wooden bats may not carry the same warranty.
5. CUSTOM MERCHANDISE
Screen printing and embroidery are available. Important: Custom orders cannot be changed or canceled once work has begun. All sales are final on custom-decorated merchandise.
6. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
We attempt to process in-stock orders the same day if received by 4 p.m. EST, Monday–Friday.
- Orders over $100 may require a signature for delivery.
- Returned checks are subject to a $35.00 fee.
- Sales Tax: Maryland residents are subject to a 6.0% sales tax.
7. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
By creating an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or misuse of our brand and logos.
8. MANDATORY ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any League Outfitters service, or to any products sold by League Outfitters, will be resolved by binding arbitration in Howard County, Maryland, rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND LEAGUE OUTFITTERS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
GOVERNING LAW: By using the Site, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and League Outfitters.
